The high leaded tin bronzes contain the most widely used bearing bronze alloy C932 (also known as SAE 660). Lead weakens these alloys but imparts the ability to tolerate interrupted lubrication.

C93700 tin bronze can withstand mild acids in mine water, making it ideal for marine and industrial projects.
